Delivery and returns

We deliver goods in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.

We deliver through parcel lockers (Omniva, DPD, LP Express, Venipak) and by courier to the address you give. You choose the delivery method when ordering.

We normally deliver an order within 2 to 4 working days of receiving payment.

If an item is out of stock at that time we let you know, and the time may be longer.

We start preparing the order once we have received full payment for the goods and the delivery.

When you receive the parcel, check the condition of the packaging. If you notice damage, note it with the courier or in the parcel locker system and let us know by email at info@mountval.eu.

As a consumer who has concluded a distance contract, you have the right to withdraw from it within 14 days without giving a reason. In addition, we give a 30 day return period.

A returned item must be unused, must not have lost its saleable appearance and must be in its original undamaged packaging.

Care products (care chemistry, cosmetics) are packaged so that they are protected for health or hygiene reasons. Once the protective seal is opened (broken), such an item cannot be returned if it becomes unfit for return on hygiene grounds.

The cost of the return is covered by the buyer, except where the return is due to poor quality or to a mistake on our side.

We refund the money paid within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof that it has been sent.

The goods carry the statutory 24 month quality warranty for natural persons (consumers).
