We use strictly necessary cookies (needed for the website to work, no consent required) as well as analytics, marketing and functional cookies, which require your consent.
You can manage your consent in the cookie banner at any time, and you can also change the settings in your browser.
Chat window
The shop has an automated chat window that answers questions about our products. So that we can check whether it answers correctly and improve its answers, we record the text of the conversation: your question, the answer, the language and the time.
We do not record your IP address and we do not link the conversation to your account or your order. We keep the records for 90 days, after which they are deleted. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in monitoring the quality of the service.
Please do not write personal data in the chat. If it is needed, email us at info@mountval.eu. So that the chat window can produce an answer, your question is passed to the service provider Anthropic (United States). That provider does not use the text we send to train its artificial intelligence models.

- To have your data erased (the “right to be forgotten”).

You can withdraw your consent at any time; this does not affect processing carried out before the withdrawal.
