    What is this product and who is it for?

    Mountval Shampoo 100 ml is a cleaning foam with a foam applicator. It is intended for suede, nubuck, natural and oiled leather and textile, and also for hiking and High-Tech footwear with membranes. Free of solvents, it removes loose dirt and salt marks and refreshes the colour, and on leather it is made to keep the softness and the breathability.

    What problem does it solve?

    In winter white salt marks stay on boots, and in spring the dirt soaks into suede and textile: plain water does not lift it, and strong chemicals ruin the material. Mountval Shampoo 100 ml is a solvent free foam made exactly for this kind of dirt. A limit: after cleaning, oiled leather often needs its protection renewed with a separate product.

    How do you use it step by step?

    1. Wipe the dust off the footwear.
    2. Apply the foam with a damp cloth or a sponge.
    3. Clean suede, nubuck, canvas and microfibre with a coarser sponge.
    4. Wipe smooth leather with a cloth and polish it.
    5. Dry naturally, and raise the nap of suede and nubuck once they are dry.

    Test the colour fastness on a hidden area before cleaning. Do not soak the footwear.

    What is this product not suitable for?

    • This is a cleaner, not an impregnation product. After cleaning the surface needs a separate protection product.
    • Not suitable for very local dirt that has set in. In that case Mountval Gel Cleaner 100 ml with its brush is handier.
    • Do not soak the footwear. Too much water harms the glued seams and the inner lining.
    • Do not clean without a test. Brightly dyed materials can lose their colour.
